    Wednesdays at 7 a.m. This 45-minute Power Yoga class is a fitness-based Vinyasa flow designed to build strength, endurance, and heat in a short, efficient session. Expect a faster-paced, level 3 practice linking breath to movement with creative, energizing and challenging sequences to work the entire body.

    Join us for Yoga in the Park! Starting May 23rd. Graham Park in Sturgeon Bay at 9 a.m. Free and open to the public! Please register online and consider a donation of $10 (or more) to support our mission to make yoga and meditation accessible to as many people as possible.

  • Yoga for Caregivers

    Yoga for Caregivers is a FREE 8-week series designed to help you tune into your own needs. 90 minutes, once a week on Mondays at 10 a.m. The class will gentle movement and poses to aid in restoration, realignment and self-care and close with shared reflection.

    Process the demands of caregiving in a healthy way and reinvigorate yourself to continue giving in a way that is sustainable and aligned with your true self.
