  • Power 45 with Ashley

    Wednesdays at 7 a.m. This 45-minute Power Yoga class is a fitness-based Vinyasa flow designed to build strength, endurance, and heat in a short, efficient session. Expect a faster-paced, level 3 practice linking breath to movement with creative, energizing and challenging sequences to work the entire body.

  • Sound Bath with Cherie Chaudior

    Every other week on Sundays at 10 a.m. Tibetan bowls used in a sound bath are hands off with the participants laying down, while the frequency travels up and out creating a meditative, stress reducing experience. The Tibetan bowls will be accompanied with deep nurturing gong tones to promote rooted relaxation and overall body balance.

  • Rage Yoga

    Join Ally for an evening you've been waiting for without even knowing it! Imagine this: tasteful screamo music, whacking bolster pillows into the ground without apology, traditional postures flavored with rage-releasing modifications, and breathwork that attunes to the heat you've been noticing inside that wants to get out.

  • QiGong With ZenJen

    Pronounced "Chee Gong" means building your energetic life force through movement and breath. Zen Jen Wellness will be offering the Eight- pieces of Brocade and the Golden Qi Ball! This protocol Spring protocol helps prepare the body for the active season through breath, movement & postures to tonify the organs, detox winter stagnation, and strengthen the joints & tendons.

    Tuesdays at 7 a.m. and every other Sunday at 10 a.m.
