    Starting Sunday, July 12 @ 5 p.m. As a group, we will “set” an intention through visioning, journaling, and clarifying; identify and support kind practice and honest accountability; explore obstacles and consider many alternatives along our intended journeys; and celebrate the gifts we have given ourselves.

  • Special Workshop: How Hidden Patterns Shape Your Energy, Emotions, and Body

    Jessica is a certified intuitive energy practitioner and founder of My Indigo River. She helps people identify and release the emotional, energetic, and behavioral patterns that may be keeping them stuck in cycles of stress, pain, overwhelm, and more. July 28 @ 5:15 p.m.

  • Gentle Spinal Movement w/Jill Thiry

    Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. This class will involve gentle seated spinal movements with the possibility of some standing or floor work, all coordinated with breath. A session that will have you standing taller and feeling cleansed upon completion.
